Futatsu no Kurumi

Here we go, guys. I know March 10th went by a lot, but better late than never. You see, I’m fond of some hidden gems both as a whole and as just the mere subject. Rarely do the two get intertwined, and we get something like this: the Sensou Douwa series. Not all parts are good, but I must say, Futatsu no Kurumi is the best that the series ever got.

Ayaka lives in modern Tokyo, but during a storm, she drifts back 60 years into the past, not much before when Operation Meetinghouse begins: the terror bombing of Tokyo.
